Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with daily living activities and managing their medical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Teaching and training family members on health promotion and disease management

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
