Key Responsibilities:
The selected individual will be responsible for managing litigation cases and addressing legal conflicts on behalf of clients. This includes:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Settling claims
  • Advocating for clients in court

Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience is essential. The role will focus on civil law matters.

Compensation Structure:
This position operates on a revenue-sharing model. We provide our attorneys with comprehensive legal research resources and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be licensed to practice in Indiana
  • Willingness to work in a small office environment
  • Dedicated and hardworking attitude
  • Genuine enthusiasm for practicing law
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
