About the Role
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our well-established practice at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns and their families in our Level-III NICU
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and share knowledge with colleagues through education and research
