We are a leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care, with 11 convenient locations in the Chattanooga, North Georgia and surrounding area. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nurses in patient care, ensuring efficient and effective patient flow through the clinic.
- Obtain complete and accurate information from patients, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Perform clerical and information technology functions for physicians, including electronic health records and dictation systems.
- Anticipate physician needs to facilitate clinic flow and ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Completion of a formal medical assistant training program and/or certification.
- At least two years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting, or recent graduate of a medical assistant training program.
- BLS (CPR) certification required.
