Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve freight discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damages.

  • Prepare and review paperwork for shipping and freight disputes.
  • Provide clerical support to management as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of transportation and/or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated customer service and computer skills.
