Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home health services. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans as developed by licensed physical therapists.
- Collaborate with physical therapists on an agreed-upon frequency to assess and reassess patient progress, treatment goals, and interventions.
- Document patient progress in daily and weekly notes, as applicable, and contribute recommendations to patient discharge notes from physical therapy.
- Assist with guidance for clinical fieldwork students under the supervision of physical therapists.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies.
- No prior experience is required, but enthusiasm for delivering exceptional patient care is essential.
