Job Description:

We are looking for experienced counselors to provide individual and family therapy services to clients. You will work closely with our team to develop treatment plans and implement interventions that address the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapy services to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other team members
  • Conduct intake assessments and screenings as needed
  • Document all client interactions and progress in our electronic health record system
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and address any challenges or concerns

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in counseling or a related field
  • Licensed as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • 100% commission-based compensation
  • Commission rate is 55% as an employee with the full benefits package (+15% or more in benefits)
  • Commission rate is 70% as an independent contractor with no benefits (or pick and choose your benefits)
  • We pay commissions before receiving payments from insurance companies
  • Payday on the 1st and the 15th of every month

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on working 20 hours per week, with the potential to earn up to $136,500 per year if you meet or exceed your client capacity.
