Position Overview

Incentive: $5000 Hiring Bonus

Starting Compensation: $35.35/hour + shift differential

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (3PM - 11PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, operational, or electrical issues
  • Perform maintenance, wiring, and installation of motors, switches, fuses, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Design layouts for electrical circuits

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with Trade School certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley systems, VFDs, PLCs, AC/DC circuits, and 4-20 mA circuits
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
