**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist for Youth to join our team. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist for Youth, you will play a critical role in providing emergency support services to children and families experiencing crisis situations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• 
  
• Provide 24/7 emergency support services to children and families experiencing crisis situations.
  
• Develop and implement focused services to meet clients' goals and needs.
  
• Provide compassionate supervision, supportive counseling, and assistance to those experiencing family and/or psychiatric crisis.
  
• Collaborate with other services to create an aftercare plan.
  
• Complete all paperwork and quality assurance duties to maintain the high level of services offered.
  

**Requirements**

• 
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Associates degree and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work evenings and weekends as needed.
