Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Crew Carwash. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of our facilities, equipment standardization, and overall Mechanical Operational Excellence.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with our Maintenance Director, Maintenance Crew Members, Area Directors, and General Managers to organize and complete assigned locations maintenance, as well as supervise equipment standardization. You will take ownership of your assigned locations by doing whatever it takes to ensure Mechanical Operational Excellence.

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $20.70 - $29.20/hour, depending on your experience, plus a generous benefits package including:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to:
