As a Store Detective at Meijer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular visual inspections of the store exterior and parking lot to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
* Perform walking inspections of the backroom and sales floor to detect and prevent internal theft and shoplifting
* Conduct surveillance and gather evidence to support internal theft and shoplifting investigations
* Report safety hazards and concerns to Store Leadership for prompt attention
* Review cashier exception reports to identify potential issues
