About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of surgical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instrumentation and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during surgical procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a surgical setting preferred.
