Job Summary

This 13-week Home Health Registered Nurse travel assignment is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate RN to make a positive impact in the lives of patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Requirements
  • One year's experience as a RN, with at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Valid auto insurance.
