1. Execute mechanical, structural, and landscape upkeep

2. Carry out plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting duties

3. Perform repairs on appliances and equipment

4. Install and maintain technology systems

6. Fulfill additional tasks as assigned

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent

2. Preferred completion of trade school and HVAC certification

3. Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

5. Strong attendance record

6. Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as necessary

7. A reliable, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual who takes pleasure in serving the senior population
