Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and manage budgets, potentially serving as Project Manager.
- Provide technical leadership for PAE's design scope as Lead Engineer.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary engineering projects from inception to completion.

- Update company standards and enhance internal processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering relevant to the discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Successful management of projects in a profitable manner.
- Serve as a technical resource for the organization.
- Proficient in project management tasks including billing, reporting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Revit/AutoCAD.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range: $114,000 - $160,000 annually. This range reflects PAE's good faith estimate of potential compensation, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
