About the Role

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Maintenance Technician - PLC to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth electrical troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment.
  • Develop and implement best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies.
  • Work directly with Maintenance Technicians, machine Operators, Supervisors, and Managers to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing people/projects.
  • Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members.
  • Familiarity with all basic hand tools, multi-meter, and PLC hardware.
