Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Therapist in our Grow Nurturing Families Department, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and families using evidence-based models such as PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy).
  • Work collaboratively with a Support Worker to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each family.
  • Participate in regular case staffings and clinical supervisions to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that prioritizes self-care and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work).
  • Valid licensure as a therapist in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
