Job Summary

As a Community Representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships at different levels. Your main focus will be on achieving community goals by educating and advising potential residents, creating initiatives to enhance public exposure, raising industry awareness, and building referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and maintain community occupancy rates
  • Use effective sales strategies to convert prospects into residents
