We are seeking a skilled Porter Assistant to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify management of any minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
