Phlebotomy Technician

Matrix Providers is seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to provide high-quality patient care and collect blood samples in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques and equipment.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and labeling of specimens.
• Transport specimens to the laboratory for processing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: Certificate in Phlebotomy or related field.
• Certification: Certification/registration as determined by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or AMT.
• Experience: 40 hours of experience as a Phlebotomy Technician within the past 3 years.
