Parts Counterperson

As a Parts Counterperson, you will play a crucial role in receiving and processing all parts orders, maintaining accurate inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Process and fulfill parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking new parts
• Notify customers of parts arrival and any discrepancies
• Process accessories and shelving them in a neat and organized manner
• Prepare items for returns and shipping
• Deliver parts to a second location as needed
• Process warranty scrap and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Parts experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (preferred)
