Your Role: IT Instructor

In this position, you will guide students through the fundamentals of IT hardware and software, fostering their understanding of essential concepts and applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing them for successful careers in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons using provided training materials and resources to create a dynamic learning environment.
  • Assess student progress through regular testing and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Offer dedicated support to students outside of class hours, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure their comprehension and success.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines for submitting grades and fulfilling all assigned duties with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide to students, fostering their professional development and encouraging their academic pursuits.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations within your classroom setting.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a Master's degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in computer networking, computer information systems, computer science, or a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in A+ Hardware and Software, CCENT/CCNA, Security+, OR Windows Server 2012/MCSE, OR LAN/WAN/Enterprise and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Possess experience and knowledge in Cyber Security with certifications such as CEH, CHFI, SSCP, and/or CISSP.
  • Exhibit strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills, both individually and within a group setting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Have documented successful classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level or equivalent private industry experience.
