Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Virtua Our Lady Lourdes Camden Hospital and Virtua Willingboro Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis therapy and related health issues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in nephrology or critical care nursing
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
