At AdvantEdge, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Circuitry Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our electrical systems team, you will be responsible for designing and developing wire harnesses for our North American vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop wire harnesses for engine, engine room main, instrument panel, floor, door, and roof systems.
  • Create sub-system wiring diagrams, fuse load lists, grounding system layouts, and wire harness drawings based on system component specifications.
  • Interface with system component engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Formulate drawings on CAD systems, including wire harness cabling design.
  • Support and troubleshoot wiring harness-related issues during prototype build stages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve development and production problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, with a focus on wire harness design.
  • Proficiency in 2D electrical CAD software, such as Zuken Cabling Designer, Capital, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
