Join our team at YMCA Camp Chingachgook and become part of a dynamic community of outdoor leaders and youth developers Our camp season starts in early June and runs through late August.

**Job Description:** We are seeking qualified candidates to fill various positions, including counselors, activity specialists, and leadership team members. These roles involve teaching, guiding, and supervising campers and staff in a variety of activities, including aquatics, athletics, arts and crafts, and environmental science. **Responsibilities:** As a member of our summer staff, your responsibilities will include creating a safe and supportive environment for campers, leading group activities, and providing guidance and supervision to junior staff members. You will also be expected to participate in training sessions and meetings to ensure a successful camp experience. Some positions may require certification or experience in specific areas, such as lifeguarding or wilderness first aid.

**Requirements:** To be considered for these positions, you must be at least 17 years old (18 for some positions) and have experience working with children, teaching, or camping. Previous certifications or training in areas such as lifeguarding, wilderness first aid, or CPR are also desirable. Estimated salary range: $50.65-$82.13 per day.
