Job Summary

The Trulieve CDL Driver will transport products and work materials to customers and business partners in a professional and cost-effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport products between Trulieve facilities and various locations throughout the state.
  • Load and unload vehicles at the destination, prepare transportation manifests, and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.
  • Follow routes and time schedules, maintain professional communication with customers, and relay times of arrival and status updates.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle, and ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints.
  • Complete logs and reports, follow DOT regulations and safety standards, and perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Driver, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, with a CDL license strongly preferred.
  • Complete open availability, with the ability to work last-minute long-distance trips throughout Florida.
  • Prior experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems, with the ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
  • Florida Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Compliance with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Ability to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
  • Ability to handle organic matter daily, wear PPE as appropriate, and be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE.
  • Visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details.
  • Ability to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc.
