Torishin is a renowned establishment specializing in Yakitori, a traditional Japanese dish featuring chicken skewers. We take pride in being the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. to have earned a Michelin star for seven consecutive years, as well as receiving 3 Stars from the New York Times. Our guests come from diverse backgrounds to experience authentic Japanese culinary culture in a high-end, bustling environment.

Your Role:
As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of traditional Japanese Yakitori preparation. You will work during Chef's Shift from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications:
- Long-term commitment and experience in the food industry are preferred.
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus, especially for candidates of Japanese descent.
- Japanese language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
