We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health team in Chattanooga, TN. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain independence in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleThis is a PRN position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on occupational therapy interventions to promote functional ability and quality of life.
What You'll Do- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans to address patients' needs
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $87,000-$92,000, paid on a per-visit basis. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- An associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- A valid license, registration, certification, or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
