Land Survey Crew Chief

Snyder & Associates, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Omaha/Council Bluffs. As a key member of our survey group, you will be responsible for leading our survey crews and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

• Lead and manage survey crews to deliver high-quality results
• Perform a wide range of surveying tasks, including ALTA surveys, construction staking, and boundary surveys
• Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate and timely data
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet project demands
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying in North America
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
