Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Norworth. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
  • Care for the guests environment, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring guests receive adequate nutrition and fluids.
  • Observe guests skin and report changes to licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • Meet guests mental health and social service needs, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • STNA license in good standing.
