Job Overview

A prominent and established non-profit organization is currently in search of a skilled Lead Financial Accountant. This role entails managing various operational accounting functions, which include supervision of accounts payable, overseeing the month-end closing process, making journal entry adjustments, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage accounts payable processes.
  • Facilitate the month-end closing activities.
  • Execute journal entry adjustments as necessary.

  • Prepare and present financial reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in comprehensive general ledger accounting.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
