Shift Options:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday - Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed)

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $2 shift differential for 2nd shift / +$4 shift differential for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment to assist in manufacturing processes, including batching, filling, and packaging.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment such as forklifts, pumps, and mixers while maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
  • Read and interpret work orders and batch tickets to perform tasks accurately.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of materials to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Document production data and complete required checklists and logs.
  • Understand and meet production targets and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct quality tests and maintain records of testing outcomes.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as necessary.
  • Participate in all required training programs provided by the company.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures and dust; working with mechanical equipment and potential noise hazards.

  • Typical hours: 8-10 hours per shift, depending on the schedule and production needs.
  • Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Dependable with a good attendance record.
  • Experience operating a forklift safely is required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
