Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Quality Control: Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
  • Effective Leadership: Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
  • Self-perform experience: Experience in self-performing multiple trades.
  • Construction related degree: A degree in construction-related field is a plus.
