Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assisting students with speech and language challenges, helping them to succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individual students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and therapy activities.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting and monitoring goals.
  • Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
