Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language capabilities.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individual students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and therapy activities.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting and monitoring goals.
- Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Kansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
