Clinician Support

• We prioritize a manageable patient load, with 90% of our therapists averaging less than 12 patients per day.

• We utilize a proprietary EMR and Patient Management Tool, designed by therapists for therapists, to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

This Physical Therapist role involves evaluating and treating patients, establishing outcomes-centered plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode. Successful candidates will operate at the top of their license, leveraging and delegating care amongst the clinic care team to drive consistent and predictable positive outcomes for our patients.
