About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. As a Surgical Medical Team Lead, you will use the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care and make informed decisions about patient treatment.

You will have knowledge of principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

In this role, you will lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. You will develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate care with other disciplines, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
