Production Equipment Specialist Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Team Senior Expert to join our team at Silfab Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 maintenance technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and enforcing PM completion and work order completion for corrective actions, maintaining production equipment to maximize operating performance, and performing repairs on equipment to restore it to proper and safe working conditions.
You will also be responsible for reading/writing electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, testing electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance, and ensuring the production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown or unsafe operating conditions.
A minimum of 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and 2 years of leadership experience are required for this role. A technical certificate from trade school is preferred.
