As a CST, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available. You will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the operating room, as well as maintaining accurate records of patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, including setting up and cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Clean and disinfect the operating room, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
