**About the Role**

Aerotek is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, Florida. This is a fully on-site position working 1st shift, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

**Job Summary**

The Quality Assurance Specialist will verify routine product conformance to design requirements, provide objective evidence of results, and perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring. This role involves identifying and documenting discrepancies, segregating and controlling non-conforming items, and conducting product reviews with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels
  • Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects
  • Reviews and dispositions all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards
  • Obtains and maintains Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers
  • Reviews and approves First Articles from suppliers
  • Performs First Articles for submission to customers
  • Daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators
