Job Overview

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties' plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems in multi-family residential settings.
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  • Identify and locate leaks, conduct drain cleaning, and troubleshoot sewage backups.
  • Work with blueprints, building codes, and specifications to guide work procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work assignments and materials used.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field.
  • Certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and a team player.
  • Travel is part of this role.
  • A valid, updated driver's license is required.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and tools.
