Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team at MillenniumSoft. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic processing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain plastic processing equipment, including extrusion machines, to produce high-quality products.
  • Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct Shift Start Up (SSU) meetings and maintain Primary Visual Display (PVD) boards.
  • Comply with all local, state, federal, and client safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • One to four years of experience operating and maintaining plastic processing equipment or related experience in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mechanical changeover and troubleshooting experience.
  • Medical device experience.
  • Attention to detail.
