Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Pipe Layer Specialist to join our team at Azuria Water Solutions. As a key member of our infrastructure rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water and sewer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together
  • Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site
  • Work with and assist with repairs and replacements on the following:
    • Water Mains
    • Gate Valves
    • Fire Hydrants
    • Sewer Points
    • Water Taps
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report. CDL preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience working in the water and wastewater industry required.
  • Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
  • Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
  • Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
  • Must be able to travel weekly (Lodging & per diem provided)
