Job Overview

Potential for Temporary to Permanent Position

Standard Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with policyholders and provide necessary follow-ups.
  • Provide quotes and educate clients on new and renewed policies including auto, small business, home, renters, condo, property, and life insurance, utilizing company-generated leads.
  • Assist policyholders by addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with technology and computer systems.
  • Able to learn quickly, open to coaching, and possess a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and confidence in the role of Risk Advisor, aligning with our mission: "People may forget what you do or say, but they will always remember how you made them feel."
  • Must be eligible to obtain general lines insurance producer licenses; training materials will be provided.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, interpersonal skills, and customer service is advantageous.
