Dedicated Team Truck Driver Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated team truck driver to join our team. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be hauling building materials in a dry van trailer. This is a 100% no-touch, 100% drop-and-hook position with 10 loads per week.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Haul building materials in a dry van trailer
* Drive within CO, KS, NE, WY, MO, ND, SD, and IA
* Participate in Schneider's Team Pet Policy

**Pay and Benefits**

* Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
* Weekly performance pay
* $6,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
* Paid orientation
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
* Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year

**Requirements**

* Must be a formed team
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Live within 100 miles of Henderson, CO
* HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
* Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
