We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at DC Construction LLC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in framing and finish work, and the ability to layout walls and roof rafters with knowledge of pitches and hip angles.
The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for leading a small crew and performing tasks with others or independently, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
The majority of our work is building custom decks and porches, and the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, as well as benefits including a company vehicle, paid days off, and a yearly bonus.
