We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Key Holder to support our retail stores efficiently. As a key holder, you will work closely with the store manager to ensure seamless operations and sales management functions. Your primary goal will be to empower the sales team to meet their efficiency and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to all needs and concerns.
    • Ensure consistent scores on secret shopper reports.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store appearance, adhering to visual guidelines.
    • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and individual contributions to business results.
    • Promote merchandise and share product knowledge with customers.
    • Communicate store strategy and execute plans in alignment with corporate initiatives.
    • Monitor reports and analyze business trends, inventory opportunities, and operational performance.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
    • Prioritize workflow through effective planning and time management.
    • Support staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
    • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operations.
    • Collaborate with the store manager to maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
    • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Report loss prevention occurrences to the store manager, district manager, and loss prevention manager.
    • Supervise and motivate staff members.
  • Visual, Brand, and Product Management:
    • Participate in pricing strategies to achieve gross margin.
    • Support the execution of merchandise setup according to visual guidelines.
    • Identify and communicate store inventory opportunities to the store manager.
    • Replenish merchandise on the selling floor as needed.
  • People Responsibilities:
    • Acknowledge Human Resources standards and general practices.
    • Hold teams accountable for achieving results and communicate opportunities with store managers.
