To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a baking or pastry-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to be physically able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other tasks that require manual dexterity.
