Respiratory Therapist RRT

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a vital part of our patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver respiratory care services to patients, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and moving equipment.
- Work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions in volatile situations.
- Provide customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Current Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS health care provider certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within 6 months of hire.
- Graduate of a Respiratory Care program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
