We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the South region.

You will collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Manage customer relationships, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of building materials to customers.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, sharing knowledge with the sales team to inform strategy and drive business growth.
