Salary and BenefitsThe compensation package includes a top salary range of $450K-$500K per year, depending on experience, with benefits such as paid health, life, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) plan, and 30 days of paid time off (PTO). Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary and secondary obstetrical and gynecological care to patients, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and delivery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
The practice operates on a 4-day workweek, with four 10-hour shifts from 8 am to 6 pm. The shared call schedule is 1:3, allowing for a manageable workload and opportunities for professional growth.
